The FRONTSH1P Project is a European project, funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 programme, which aims to ensure the transition to a greener and more resilient economy, capable of providing sustainable responses to the needs of the regions involved.
The involvement of local actors, municipalities, companies, consumers and civil society will allow the promotion of the circular economy. Thus, FRONTSH1P will: identify initiatives and policies already available at local, regional, national and international levels; create platforms to explore opportunities and share information, best practices and successful examples; activate strong communication among universities, companies and civil society for technology transfer and exchange information and experiences with other regions and countries.
LNEG participation in this project involves three Research Units: Bioenergy and Biorefineries, Geoscientific Information and Resource Economics.
