The landscape contained in a fossil at the collection in a museum that stayed on the time of 1858 (LNEG – Museu Geológico), a place that tell another story from previous lanscapes; the time is a translator. “A Baleia” is a video about the old and the not lineal time, the space in between bones, fossils, the rhythms of a dancer calling the sun. The rhythm in between stones and of someone that walks, is a displacement of spaces and times, the force of gravity that attracts a dancer movement and resistance. How connect the times that shuffles between different fact and fiction, expressing the bonds between certain characters around the Tejo river and the Atlantic see, weaving in layers of invisible structures. The video that moves between fact and fiction, in the different times of spaces bonds between the landscapes in different scales, like fossils, the see and the inhabitant’s rituals, sounds from old metallurgic systems. The space is a stage for which times is develops by images and sound that move at the intersection of sculpture, display and natural instruments. The project “following the sun” like a symbol of old utopian conquers, dense environments, old’s metal shores in the repetitive breath of the see when is in hightide.

To understand the implications of industrialization in her country, she decided to live in the desert of Chile, exploring the relationship between rural landscapes and memory. In a new research about the possibilities of the idea of the artificial landscapes focuses on energies and vibrations to connect with the primary elements in contrast to the colonization. exploring the possibilities ideas of non-western approach to the spatiality, the image and materiality’s transformations and constructed landscapes to experience the artificiality, the control of nature through technology.
